Despite the recent pullback, I believe another move higher remains possible, but several key levels and derivatives signals will determine the next direction. 📊 **KEY BTC LEVELS** 🟢 **Upside:** **$84.6K–$84.7K:** Important reclaim level and overhead liquidity. **$86.3K–$87K:** Major liquidity concentration and potential breakout area. **$88K–$88.5K:** My primary upside target, where I anticipate significant resistance. 🔴 **Downside:** **$82.1K–$82.3K:** Immediate downside liquidity. **$80.3K:** Recent swing-low support. **$79K–$78.2K:** Major demand zone with Fibonacci confluence. A particularly interesting area for potential longs. 📈 **OPEN INTEREST & FUNDING** BTC futures open interest sits around **$51.6B**, having declined from approximately $54.5B, suggesting leverage has been flushed from the market. Funding rates are effectively neutral to slightly negative at approximately **-0.0007% per 8 hours**, indicating that longs aren’t excessively crowded. 🔥 **LIQUIDATION HEATMAP** Recent liquidation estimates highlight notable liquidity around **$83.9K and $84.7K above**, while **$82.2K and $81.4K below** contain substantial long-liquidation concentrations. With liquidity on both sides, a sweep in either direction remains possible. 🎯 **MY OUTLOOK** My preferred scenario remains a reclaim of $84.7K, followed by a push through $87K towards **$88.5K**, where I’ll be watching for a potential rejection and deeper correction. Alternatively, losing $82K could open the door towards $80.3K and eventually the **$78K–$79K demand region**. Overall, cautiously bullish short term, but still expecting a meaningful correction at some stage.
