422 ERROR when submitting my app to testflight

I’m publishing my first app. The first few TestFlight builds worked fine, but now external submissions fail with: 422 — ENTITY\_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA\_CONTRACT\_MISSING Internal builds show “Testing,” but installing gives: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” Agreements are accepted, privacy is published, and new builds and submitting through the iPhone App Store Connect app haven’t helped. **I contacted Apple Developer Support over two weeks ago and still haven’t received a response.** Found others with the same issue: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/691372?page=2 Has anyone fixed this? Did recreating tester groups help, or did Apple have to resolve it?
