This guy is an IMH patient who is still bitter over selling DBS stocks at $30. In February when DBS was falling, he was spamming moomoo comments about his youtube video on DBS crashing to $30 before 2027. Then DBS recovered and rose to ath, he hid his video. I guess the recent fall motivated him to re-surface with his theory.

What he says is factually true, local bank valuations are high compared to historical levels. You can check with AI to confirm. I personally am not buying more bank stocks at these levels. However, the banks are quality businesses and i will not be selling or betting against them.
