Experience with TEP or TLP in singapore

Hi people, recently i came across the idea of **TEP (Traded Endowment Policy)** & **TLP (Traded Life Policy)** and interested to try them out as an alternative tool. from my quick google search, seems that there are only TEP brokers in Singapore. anyone has experience on TEPs to share? also, seems that the brokers only sell TEPs, not TLPs. im guessing because the return is good so that they are keeping it to themselves?
