Predicting Nasdaq-100 and QQQ

QQQ: actual trend and Oct-Dec 2026 scenario map Trying to fine tune my algo to project QQQ for the remainder of the year. Certainly there are a 100s of things that go wrong but would like to put it here to see how this actually ages. I am tracking this on a weekly basis and will publish other numbers if requested. Please feel free to critique. Actual weekly closes through 7 Oct. The three forward lines are conditional paths, not price targets. |Test|QQQ|Rough NDX equivalent|Meaning| |:-|:-|:-|:-| |Continuation confirmation|Weekly hold above $763|Above 31,100|Highs are being accepted| |Base-case support|$735|About 30,200|Pullback remains constructive| |Bearish shift|$710 to $720 breaks|29,300 to 30,000|October advance likely failed| |Upside zone into December|$800 to $830|32,800 to 34,100|Requires breadth to improve, not just megacaps| My base case is not a straight rally: a push or retest around mid October, a vulnerable consolidation into early or mid November, then a renewed attempt higher into early December if $735 holds. The important point is that October 1 was not “the low” for Nasdaq in the way it was a possible Nifty swing low. Nasdaq is already elevated, so the question is whether it can hold the breakout rather than whether it can recover.

Yep. It’s either gonna go up, down, or straight.
