Practicing good habits

I closed 4 short options early again this week at 0.05 (2 in another account not shown). Still trying to get into the habit of taking profit and risk off early. This time I actually put in GTC order right after opening, feels good 👍 😌

early profit is early profit. 145 bucks might not seem like much but on a 5 cent close you’re effectively cashing in a scratch ticket that already paid out. the gtc order right after opening is the real win here, takes the emotion out of it while you still remember why you entered the trade in the first place i used to let mine ride way too long hoping to squeeze out the last nickel and ended up watching theta burn reverse on me more times than i’d like to admit. now i set the gtc and go prep my lunches for the week, way less stressful TSLA can whip around fast too so locking in those gains before a random afternoon reversal is just smart money management
