Solving SaaS cloud & Infrastructure billing issues
I'm the CEO & CTO at PatagonicRune, an infrastructure company helping growing SaaS businesses manage and operate their infrastructure without having to build a dedicated team for it.
As a SaaS grows, cloud costs are only one part of the challenge. Deployment complexity, reliability, backups, monitoring and incident response can gradually pull engineers away from building the product.
At PatagonicRune, we focus on infrastructure architecture, IaC, FinOps, performance and ongoing infrastructure operations.
The goal isn't to add another tool or another layer of complexity. It's to give SaaS teams a reliable infrastructure foundation, clear operational responsibilities and better control over their infrastructure costs.
I'm curious: **at what stage did infrastructure start becoming a real burden for your team, and how did you handle it?**
If this is something you're dealing with, I'd be happy to hear your experience.
