20 interviews 50 signups, 0 bites or retained users 😭

Hey everybody. I built an app called Dutiful, an app to read mail better. I’m curious why it’s not getting users at the moment. It’s solving for me but why is it no one biting? Would love to some feedback https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dutiful-bil…

What problem does it solve? I think that's something that needs to be communicated. It doesn't matter what it does, but what it solves, and that's not clear in this post, at least.

The family reminder in someone's own language is much clearer than ‘read mail better.’ I'd lead with a specific situation, like scanning a school letter and sending a parent the deadline and next step. Your description has that, but the opening sentence is tangled and hides it. For the people who signed up, did they scan a real letter once? If they didn't reach that first useful summary, changing the store page alone probably won't explain the retention problem.
