LSE: ALRT.

While everyone stares at 0DTE tech options, government defense contracts are quietly accumulating across the pond in plain sight. Defence Holdings PLC. Sub-penny. Micro-float. Zero retail eyes on it yet. I am not going to explain the thesis to you. Trace the contract trail or miss it entirely. Tic Toc.

I’m in this - plenty of potential going on - next 6 months have the potential to be big

AIM penny stock ALRT down nearly 80% in a year, with repeated spikes and crashes raising pump-and-dump concerns. Last £4m placing was at 1p in June, a 25% discount. Now trading at 0.68p, 32% below placing price. Plenty of hype, little revenue and significant dilution. Buyers beware.

X2 pilots secured with MOD - first to conclude at the end of Oct and second at end of March. No further raises expected. Business to be at breakeven come Q2 2027. Business has only been operating since last year. This is exceptional progress

Apologies you are quite correct. Been pumped to death by usual telegram/pnd crew who usually destroy any liquidity. Is there an upside? Already 30% down from last placing

I chucked a bit in this for a punt about a year ago… so far, down quite heavily 😂 but whatever - if it goes, that’ll be nice. If it doesn’t, I’ll have to remortgage. No biggie.

I've got plenty of DDs on this in this sub. You've got a startup that, 1 year in, has multiple government trial contracts (assumed to be developing currently into multi-year contracts) which will likely be worth millions if full development goes ahead. The leadership team is full of NATO and UK military allumni. They're partnered with oracle and google. Theyve been invited by nvidia to business events. They have their own investment fund for ai defence startups with a dozen companies on board already. Theyve met governmental folk at downing street to discuss ai. With the shift away from Palantir and foreign defence companies, and the heavy investment into ai defence systems, theyre primed for growth, and theyre proving that already with their government trial contracts. Theyll be massive in 5-10 years.

\+ the CEO joined after leaving his previous tech company, of which, as CEO, he grew massively. He has warrants executable up to the 6p price as part of his sign on package - if he saw that target as unrealistic he wouldn't of accepted it. It's likely a long play as the company is only 1 year in to its 5 year initial plan, but if it achieves those goals its a massive opportunity from where it currently is. And with the progress theyve made so far it seems theyre on track. On the subject of share price: theyve largely been pre-revenue up til now, and combine that with the generally sensitive nature of their business meaning they cant say too much (particularly around government contracts) until allowed to, its more a reflection of uncertainty or blindness than distrust.

Keeping an eye on it, would like to see some sort of recurring revenue and this Brian Stockbridge character proving hes not just in this to scalp fees and a salary

This guy’s name keeps popping up - what’s the deal? Is he a villain or…?

The tl;dr is hes been involved since this was Guild, the esports company; hes got some sort of ownership stake in the fund that provided the 2 mil, he heads up First Sentinal, a finance type firm that specialises in micro cap listings/takeovers/cap. Raises, etc., he was a director during the Guild years, he handled the transition to Cassel Capital, now hes CEO of ALRT. First Sentinal is/was involved with at least one of the names this company was under, meaning he likely got a cut of any advisory fees paid to them, even while he was part of the C suite. Hes a financial type that, so far, has helmed a company thats done such extensive share offerings that it now sits at a billion plus shares that has deatroyed shareholder value. Hes also sitting on at least 1 million warrants and a pile of shares below even what the company is worth now, so the risk for him is very low, hes in the money already if he decides to abandon ship None of that is to say hes a net negative for the company, he may well be really pushing it to become a key player in UK defense, the fact that theyve got the Whitepaper partnership as well as 2 pilot programs with the MoD, one of which will now bear(small but still) some sort of revenue plus the new C suite with some big names in the industry all under his stewardship is positive. Id just like to see some solid execution from the retooled management before i put anything in

Stockbridge isn’t the CEO of ALRT
  17. u/Unlikely_Magician630 2 1 day ago
True, i mixed up his current status with him being a CEO of First Sentinal. Hes the corporate financier and an exec
