Is it possible to be off social media in your personal life?

I hate social media and using it but I understand if I will have to use it during working hours. How do you balance this if you won’t use it outside?

    Most marketing jobs like you to keep up with trends and be generally aware of what’s happening online

    You can read industry trade media for that. You can even set up an AI agent to run a daily check on that exact thing for you

    You cannot be a good marketer and not have social media. This is like saying you want to be advertise without looking at advertisements. You need to consume content during and not during work.

    It could’ve been 10+ years ago. No one discusses marketing at scale about emails or OOH ads anymore. Everything is about the social execution.
