Downgrade Great Supremehealth P Plus

Hi, need some advice regarding my existing insurance plans. I have the following plans with Great Eastern: |Plan|Cover Start Date|Coverage|Premium| |:-|:-|:-|:-| |Great Supremehealth P Plus|2013|**Max Limit / Year:** SGD1.5mil|SGD1,183.16/yr| |**Rider:** Great Totalcare P Optimum|2014|**Loss Limit:** SGD6.5k **Max Limit / Year:** SGD400k|SGD42.48/mth| |Flexilife Multiplier 20|2014|**Sum assured:** SGD50k|SGD150.35/mth| |**Rider:** Critical Illness Protector Multiplier 20|2014|**Sum assured:** SGD50k|SGD35.15/mth| For the Flexilife Multiplier 20, I was told that I only need to pay premiums for 20 years, after which the coverage will continue indefinitely. This means I have another 7 years of premiums to pay before I can stop, and I'm comfortable with that. However, for Great SupremeHealth P Plus, I'm considering downgrading to A Plus instead. The premiums and cash outlay are significantly lower, especially in the later years, and I'm comfortable with being treated in a public hospital. I've compared the Benefit Schedules and Premium Rates for both plans, and based on what I've read, downgrading to A Plus seems to make more sense financially if I'm not concerned about private hospital coverage. Is there anything I'm overlooking or any other key differences I should consider before making a decision?

If you're comfortable with public hospital, can actually just downgrade it. In the unfortunate event that you definitely need to be sent to the nearest private hospital, there's still pro-ration
