Uob evol or dbs chromo

Hello, looking for no fx fees credit card. context: have worked for 11 months after graduation. annual income about 45-50k. salary is being credited into my dbs account. no NOA yet so can only provide payslip or cpf statement. i currently also have an existing study loan (classified under exempted unsecured balances) that’s consistently been paid on time. was previously rejected by trust (my first credit card enquiry). credit report says i have immature credit history (didnt own a cc before) what’s the likelihood of my application being approved? heard it’s better to apply to the bank that my salary is credited in AKA dbs? But I feel that EVOL provides more benefits. appreciate any tios suggestions or criticism. thanks!
