All 3 stocks are either selling or had already sold their assets. NAV is below 1. It is way too cheap and no longer make sense at their chrrent trading price ? Something is cooking ?

Just get the tried and tested reits like cict and fct or just etf like clr and cfa.

Alot of things doesn’t make sense lah. It only make sense when one makes money.
