Putting half an account into a single intraday SPY trade makes timing error dominate the outcome; separating discretionary trades from automated execution does not reduce that concentration risk. What was your planned maximum loss before entry?

40% on individual options and a couple weren’t spy but Spy had movement so my attention stayed there. The majority of the loss came from that steep dip to 773 that never recovered, no time to exit.
