0dte options on SPY

Hello fellow 0dte op warriors, I curious to know how many times per day and per week does your setup give you a trading opportunity on the SPY in general ?

I trade maybe 2-3 times a day on a good day, some weeks I'll sit out entirely if nothing lines up. My setup's pretty simple so I'm not forcing entries every five minutes like some of the degens in here
