No KYC

Are there any places that you dont have to register your name to buy/send btc? Crazy to me that something that is supposed to be decentralized and private, makes you send your license in to purchase....

Bitcoin doesn't make you send your license to buy it, exchanges operating under the laws in their respective countries make you give your ID. There's a difference.

It IS decentralized and private (sorta, monero is way better in that category,) that’s exactly why they want to monitor the on-ramps so closely.

Who told you BTC is private? It's the opposite of private, every transaction is on a public ledger. As for KYC, that's compliance regulation per country and its for fiat on ramp and offramps. You don't need KYC to send and receive BTC.
