Have you thought of investing in Dubai's realestate market?

I was curious to see how many people have thought of investing in Dubai, most of our clients are from Europe, UK and the USA The main reason people love investing into Dubai is because its a growing economy, before the geopolitical tensions we were seeing 200k new residents yearly it has slowed down now, however the market is at a low today which is the best time to enter When you invest in Dubai is you will be on a payment plan with the developer so your cashflow is very minimal - you buy into a product that would be ready in 2-3 year's and by the time its ready you can already sell it for a profit or rent it out People have doubled their investments with the right investments, within the span of construction to getting the keys Zero tax on capital gains or rental income, Dubai is completely tax free Do you think this is for you?

Nah I don’t want my real estate investment to be at the whims of some dictator and/or to get drone striked by Iran or Yemen or Israel or anyone else

If you're looking to spend a large amount of ill-gotten capital generated from less than legitimate ventures, all while fighting extradition to your home country, then this is probably the right investment vehicle for you!

Flipped 2 properties in 2023 and currently own 4 offplan properties with 2 renovations currently ongoing. Served me well so far

I see the upside, but i like my investments liquid. Also, I'm not sure i trust Dubai long term as an investment.
