Is It concerning ?
News is :- Investors seem to be rotating out of large caps and moving money into mid- and small-cap funds. However, despite this shift in allocation, **overall equity mutual fund inflows have fallen by 15%**, which suggests fresh money coming into equities has actually slowed.
So, does this mean that if the market falls now, the correction could be sharper rather than gradual, as the steady support from DIIs appears to be weakening?
**Flows weakening → DII monthly inflows drying up → the cushion/support that was absorbing market declines is gradually getting weaker.**
**Is it ?**
