Can someone tell me what this is supposed to mean?

BSDA means Basic Services Demat Account. BSDA YES means Zerodha won't charge Account Maintenance Charges. BSDA becomes NO when you have multiple demat accounts **or** portfolio value reaches 4L or more.

What whould be the charges?

If you are using Zerodha, then you will be charged ₹75 + GST every quarter.
