Fuck the meltdowns, you've been briefed about price anchoring.

Hi there, So it is obvious and blatant price anchoring. What hedge funds hope is to shake the paper hands out in the long run. Price manipulation downwards in the hope that paper hands will accept a $40 price during the upcoming price spike when $2B buyback happens. We have been talking about the psychological tactics of the hedge funds (Jim Cramer video) and potential price manipulation in terms of price anchoring and lowballing during fake MOASS. Don't falter, stay ten, buy the dip, everything below $40 is a major dip and discount. Fuck the haters and fuck you Kenny, gimme my money! Thanks for reading my TED talk.

They are after diluting, what are you talking on about? Diluting at 19 and doing buybacks at 19? Get help
  10. u/RocketToad 1 7 hours ago
“Dilution” is nothing compared to the real dilution caused by naked shorting. If your investment thesis is based on the premise that they sold billions of shares short, then what RC is doing is a drop in the ocean helping Gamestop’s bottom line. RC’s main objective is to keep Gamestop alive until it becomes profitable. Only way that the naked shorters lose is by destroying the short thesis, and making their counter-parties nervous.
  11. u/FreshExtent8720 1 6 hours ago
If that's your whole investment thesis you're a moron
  12. u/RocketToad 1 6 hours ago
If it is not, the you should be quite happy with what RC is doing. Company is set up to succeed

Yeah not sure how OP thinks a $2 billion buyback is going to spike the share price to $40, especially when the company has literally lost $2 billion market cap in less than a month. $2 billion buyback means nothing when there is currently $37 billion of shares authorised for dilution.

I for one love seeing some actual rational in the sub, people wanting to, I don’t know, make money?
  16. u/Mammoth-Ad2115 1 7 hours ago
Make “money” or get “dollars” ?? There’s a big difference.

I was posting here for years, never in need of karma, the fuck can I buy from it?
  21. u/zeprofesor 1 6 hours ago
There is only one other reason for this post other than karma. You’re either trying to convince a bunch of people to hold because you’re worried they won’t, or trying to get a pat on the back / karma for regurgitating the same crap cheerleading BS every other post is. You’re providing nothing new, nothing of value, and nothing with any evidence or grounded in any reason. We’ll see what happens, if he’s in I’m in, no cell no sell, what’s an exit strategy?

Nobody has been briefed on what is happening.

Are you sure you mean nobody? The clearing houses that issued orders to shut off the buy buttons surely had briefings?

Is the core business undervalued in the stockprice? Yes Why? Because the stockprice is forward looking and the main narrative is that Gamestop is not growing. It doesn't matter what we see or believe, this is what hedgefunds, investment funds, banks etc trade on. The largest holders (besides apes) are funds like blackrock and vanguard. They don't speculate like that, they just buy a piece of the whole market... They care less about what RC is saying and more about what gamestop as a company is making AND could be making in the future. Uncertainty and hype are fun for us, not for them. They don't need to shake out any paper hands... only some shorters want that. We can speculate about short%, what we do know is that ATLEAST 54M shares are short. About 13%. That, and the 'reason' for the current dip make $18-20 a very good price to buy... also official short % is slowly going down for the past 6 months, the price is not reflecting that right now, bullish. BUT remember that the big players know this to, they will wait untill the end of this window.. buy at $19 but most likely sell at $22 or higher for a quick profit.
  30. u/RedOctobrrr 1 6 hours ago
Other stock sees 600% growth in any stat: moon This stock: dip, because XYZ straw man argument
  31. u/HaveFun____ 1 5 hours ago
Always... and the argument doesn't matter, it's always negatively explained and always down. We only go up on RC buying , RK doing anything or no news and then some lame explanation from MSM afterwards.
  32. u/Miniray 1 7 hours ago
These past few years I've held through several of the random price spikes. Can't shake these diamond hands. And now we've dropped below $20? I can finally afford to buy more!
  33. u/oh_hai_brian 1 6 hours ago
It’ll probably drop more on Sept 24th. I guarantee the average price won’t matter when it gets announced.
  34. u/4seriously 1 6 hours ago
Do you really think they care about retail? Maybe they do but at this point I don’t think they give two shits. We used to hold a significant portion of the float. Now, not so much. Retail is barely a player on the board anymore.
  35. u/cynical_scotsman 1 6 hours ago
That's why all the shill accusations are ridiculous. It has at least been 2 years since retail is irrelevant in this.
  36. u/CDMacBeat 1 6 hours ago
The best I can offer is infinity
  37. u/cynical_scotsman 1 6 hours ago
What is the long run though? 9 years? 5.5 not enough to survive being shaken out? Also, retail owns such a small slither now that it doesn't even make sense to spend money on shills or whatever.

Oh shut the fuck up, the only price anchoring is breaking every made up support level you dumb fucks keep pretending exist. This shit is more likely to be below 15 than see 40

40? I'm still in the red when we hit 40.
  45. u/JunMoXiao1994 1 6 hours ago
RC capped the upside, when stock goes down he doesn’t do anything but instead indirectly sell more shares to shorter at low price. What strategy is this? To help the short exits at the expense of retail?
  46. u/poundofmayoforlunch 1 6 hours ago
You guys are pandas if you sell now. Fractional shares sold for $2,500 during Og sneeze. Board never sold other than tax purposes. Random squeeze two years ago to $80. MSM bashing a stock that is a “meme”. Peter Pan telling msm the stock will had gone to infinity during og sneeze. Now on the cusp of acquiring eBay. GME storefronts during into eBay stop and ship. I’m high as fuck on hopium and yall should be too.
  47. u/buyandhoard 1 5 hours ago
Why would someone sell now? Down? To realize a loss? No f way.. I am buying more, even if it is a fractional share
  48. u/FrankieG889D 1 6 hours ago
    Another regurgitated post.

??! Dude you're doing it now. Hahah Everything under 500 is a dip
  50. u/kaze_san 1 6 hours ago
Just wait for it to get back to slightly above $10, buy the fuck out of it and enjoy the upcoming run :)
  51. u/pojosamaneo 1 6 hours ago
People are melting down because the stock has been in free fall for months, and communication from management has been horrendous.
  52. u/TantraMantraYantra 1 6 hours ago
So RC goes on interviews like a fearless leader saying 'we will go after ebay one way or another' and turns around with tail between his legs and leaks 'partnership' news to Bloomberg. Either this guy is a loser extraordinaire or a pretending fool out to swindle billions from people.
  53. u/buyandhoard 1 5 hours ago
    We will see.
  54. u/AwkwardTraveler 1 6 hours ago
They have been trying to shake us out for 6 years
  55. u/NoNouns 1 6 hours ago
Yeah we got it. Same post for the last 5 years
  56. u/JDeegs 1 6 hours ago
Well if I had sold my position the last time it hit 40, I could have bought back twice as many shares right now (or more, because I would have put the money into companies whose share price has gone up since then)
  57. u/JohnODonn 1 6 hours ago
    i will gladly accept $40
  58. u/buyandhoard 1 5 hours ago
per 1/69,000,000 of the 1 share?
  59. u/mrb1ll 1 5 hours ago
Seems like the price has been anchored at ~20 without issue.
