Owning one Bitcoin is a bigger flex than owning a Rolex

And you know it's true

a watch tells the time, a bitcoin tells the world you had conviction when everyone called it a scam

Only idiots care about anything being a "flex."

    Flexing is being a human

    No, it's not.

If you're actively flexing your bitcoin like someone flexes thier Rolex, that's just weak

A teenage human. Playing status games is an obvious sign of immaturity.

I guess I can agree, but only if you are like 15 years old. "Flexing" on others just shows your insecurities and makes me question why you even bought the thing you are "flexing" with. Was it because it is useful to you, or because you want to impress others with it?

Rolex is a flex because everyone you know or don't know sees it. Bitcoin is not because no one sees it. You're not going to wear a hat saying "I've got a bitcoin" and even if you do, ppl will think you are bluffing.

I think I'd be happy having either without any insecure, feeble-minded need to "flex"

    Just sad

Flex implies you are showing it off for status. I certainly won’t be telling others about my wealth

Take my downvote. Keep the stupid posts coming mate, I have plenty.

Imagine giving a shit about a watch, or what anyone else has in general.

Nuh uh, my $15,000 watch is a greater flex than your $65,000 bitcoin! /s

    Retard post
  23. u/OveHet 1 9 hours ago
Not necessarily. One BTC could be someone's entire life savings. Otoh, someone who buys a $10k or $20k watch likely has far more in his bank account than just $50k or $60k

    Non compri Bitcoin per flexarlo
  25. u/DamnedDamnesia 1 9 hours ago
Retarded post. But as an enjoyer of both items, I guarantee you that if you get caught in a rough spot in a unfamiliar country, limited access power/internet, one's a guaranteed ticket home

to flex something, you have to show it, imagine showing that you own 1 BTC, an asset that can be stolen without the stealer being held accountable because of the nature of Bitcoin which can be transactioned without permission, and you literally flexing that you own that asset, seeking attention from the wrong people to you. Are you dumb, op?
