Ashoka Buildcon - Good time to accumulate or will it fall further?

 The Q1 results were abysmal and the profit and revenue declined. Though the debt-equity ratio improved , they have a string of legal cases as well. Will it bounce back in future? Is it a good time to accumulate or is it a case of falling knife?
