How Do I Short The Anthropic IPO?

How Do I Short The Anthropic IPO? Anthropic is currently #1 but as Kimi just demonstrated, the Chinese are only a few months behind. The Chinese will be able to offer similar services at a fraction of the price. GPT has caught up just announcing a model with Mythos class capabilities. My bet is that anthropic knows this and is rushing to cash out. Their stock may rise on IPO day like SpaceX but then I think it will crash. The shareholders probably realize this and are looking to cash out before it is too late. How does one take advantage of this? I've never shorted stock before. I'v only invested in index funds. Please ELI5. I

There are so many variables before the inevitable IPO. Even if you could short which it isn't possible I wouldn't put too much energy into this

I'm not a researcher, but I work with AI everyday. I think that I could see what's coming. Llms are going to be commoditized. The only moat will be proprietary data and that's if city states respect intellectual property which anthropic and GPT certainly haven't done.

How does one take advantage of this?
For you, personally, take advantage of this by not...your 'theory' is literally 2 sentences strung together and is completely unmoored from reality. If you aren't smart enough to understand anything beyond 'china model cheap', then you probably shouldn't be playing in this casino.

You can short sell shares on the day of the IPO and the following days. Simple as that. You just need to have your short selling permissions with your broker.
