Brokers

Hey guys what brokers do you suggest for u.s. traders? I know the rule is that brokers can’t market and say that they accept u.s. traders. But that doesn’t mean the u.s. trader can’t use them as a broker. So I know some brokers explicitly don’t allow you to open an account, and some do. (Even though they both state at the bottom of the page, they don’t accept residents of the United States) So which ones have you found?

It's a weird gray area for sure. Most of the time if they're actually letting you fund an account and trade without flagging your IP, it's less about them not knowing and more about them not caring until compliance catches up. Just be ready for your money to get locked up if they suddenly decide to enforce it.
