SEBI BRILLIANT MOVE IN 2026 CREATE A MESS

Average loss of a trader has increased in 2026 as per MSF SEBI has tried everything \-ELM \-LESS/FEWER EXPIRY \-HIGH STT \-STRICT DERIVATIVE Rules But nothing worked, loss remains at high. Meanwhile, the STT collection is already at 50% in just 4 months of FY27. The real problem is higher taxation before the trade outcome it makes the trade more expensive. \#abolishSTT

So a complete failure by the best regulator in the world STT Is CASH COW baby , they will never let it go
  5. u/gareeeeeb OP 1 12 hours ago
Yess very badly still they have some potential left to come up with more rules to FUCK a traders (by being very concerned about retailer)😌
  6. u/SpaceX_Explorer 1 12 hours ago
Yeah money has to be transferred legally from retail's to Jane's account , more transfer = more profit for the regulator

Isn't it a zero sum game, and average loss should be 0 or am I missing something

I like how they are calling out this bullshit on CNBC - watch

That was the goal my friend. They succeeded

They don't care about retail. They just wanted to extract more in taxes, so saving retail was just an excuse to increase STT.
  13. u/gareeeeeb OP 1 11 hours ago
Exactly and everything they come up with has a benifits to either oprater of exchange

Wdym? 20 lakh people reduced in the last year are the retail traders not loosing their money in the market.. The loss numbers being high means, less people gambled and lost more money than before.

My way of seeing this- 1. Number of fno traders reduced 2. Total loss of wealth outgoing from economy to international giant hedge fund has reduced. 3. Average per fno trader loss increased indicated -> those who have larger capital and do it on larger scale are in the game - however still on the loosing side.( at least small trader hunting for their luck are out ).
  16. u/OkPear8053 1 11 hours ago
Exactly. Even if number of fno traders and total loss comes down by 80-90%, average loss can still increase. Moreover, the average loss increased by just 2.6% which can also be attributed to wide range of factors. But gambler mindset of this sub will not change
  17. u/gareeeeeb OP 1 11 hours ago
For 2. How do you came up with this conclusion of funds outing from economy?
  18. u/UnusualAdvisor2001 1 11 hours ago
When 94% of retailer are loss making in fno- what do you its going? At the same time if you care to see what Jen street alone( an international automated algo trading with huge huge computation) earning tonnes of revenue from Indian market alone. For your ref: https://sg.finance.yahoo.com/news/jane-st… Net trading gains after accounting for transaction charges stood at 47 billion rupees for the year at JSI Investment Pvt — a unit of Jane Street Group — compared with 7.9 billion rupees the previous year, filings with the Indian government showed. After-tax profit was 28.4 billion rupees, up 494% from a year ago.

You won't acknowledge 1 and 3 about 20lakh retail traders doing less FnO gambling, because that doesnt fit the narrative 😂😂
  20. u/OkPear8053 1 11 hours ago
Number of traders has reduced. Net loss has reduced. There's a reason you're on the gambling side and not regulating

  22. u/United_Gamer_Morcha 1 11 hours ago
They won't publish the data that breaks the loss down by taxes, brokerages and actual position loss.

Jis signal pe hawaldar hota hai, wahin traffic hoti hai. Nahi toh sabki gaadi achhese chal rahi hoti. Ye SEBI is hawaldar out to screw up the traffic.
