What’s everyone’s thoughts on APLD and CRWV?

Given recent financial reports of APLD and CRWV being phenomenal what are people’s thoughts on current data center / cloud providers in the stock market. Recently there’s been a huge drop in price alongside macro movements and memory concerns but they still have incredible earnings. Are people thinking this will last?

Incredible earning, but you need to pray to god they don’t do more dilution, like IREN

with negative cash flow, there is just so much debt they can raise; they have to dilute eventually. I prefer investing in hyperscalars than in neo clouds.

On the APLD half, the release splits the HPC hosting number for you and that split is the interesting part. HPC hosting revenue was $203.0m for the quarter. Base rent is $44.1m of it, tenant fit-out services are $152.4m, recoveries the other $6.5m. Company wide revenue was $258.7m against $51.1m a year ago, so the growth is real, but the biggest line inside it is fit-out work the release says they only began providing during fiscal 2026, so there is no year ago figure to hold it against. Full year was $611.3m revenue and a $249.2m net loss attributable to common.
