😂. There are much bigger things that people can protest about:
\- Corruption
\- Poor infrastructure (consequence of corruption)
\- Lack of law and order
\- Black money (consequence of lack of law and order)
\- Unaffordable Real Estate (consequence of black money)
\- Lack of City Planning
\- Unlivable cities, congestion, noise, stress (consequence of lack of city planning)
\- Poor educational institutions (consequence of corruption)
\- Unemployable / Incompetent youth (consequence of poor educational institutions)
We do not have the kind of innovation we have in developed countries, because of a consequence of all these reasons. Some people think Ai / robotics etc means a company is developed, and try to focus on that. That is inverted. Those countries are able to innovate in robotics and ai because they did the fundamentals properly, and talented , competent, innovative persons with freedom to innovate is a consequence of that. You cannot force innovation. People have to be competent first. Even if people are competent, if there is no infrastructure, or too much corruption, or time is wasted dealing with nonsense, you won’t get real innovation. Thats why so many Indians do well abroad - because there you are free to work hard, and be rewarded for it. Here you have to struggle just to get to work.
