I have my position, it's locked in DRS. I actually don't monitor its value because of that. However, my coworkers do and I feel bad for them as every dip hurts and I literately got a text from one of them saying "down another thousand" yesterday and I felt bad for them. I am of the camp dilution is bad for previous shareholders because that has always been my experience.

I mean, people make more money daily. And some people are waiting for their opportunity. I agree the echo chamber is in real effect. But I myself just came into some money, and was able to go from xx holder to xxxx holder when the stock dipped last week. I was waiting for the chance to buy the dip, quite literally and was actually able to! I have a bit put aside in case it goes near 15, but I’m happy with what I’m holding now. In short noones financials are just stagnant at all times, and with GameStop being in the news a lot lately, it’s bound to attract new people and bring back in people who may have turned away. I’m also sure there’s people doing the opposite and selling because they can’t wait anymore. But it’s in no way unthinkable that people are able to buy the dips when they come.

The DD is full of errors and most certainly isn't done. So much of it just doesn't hold up when you look into it. That isn't to say there isn't a world where a large naked short position exists. But pretending the old DD is some infallible word of god is naive or ignorant. I invite anyone who disagrees to go back to the library, pick any random DD and go fact check it.

Who knows for sure, I keep buying. The narrative is stronger on many fronts! Never forget the otherside of the trade prints money elsewhere in the market and can pown the ticker if they want. This dip is from the bond holders looking for the best vwap price that window ends Sept 23rd I think. It's a gift for anyone with spare capital looking to average down...and who knows maybe RC knows of some events that will boost the average vwap price ;) otherwise enjoy it while it lasts.

The answer is yes. The reality is that there is no organic hype around GameStop. This isn't 2021 anymore and RC is also starting to look like a doofus. I actually trust that the core business will continue to grow and flourish and I do think it's a good price, but the board has shown way too much willingness to dilute and any jump gets sold off quickly by folks looking to exit. I see a long, slow grind up after the eBay kerfuffle dies down. GME is very clearly undervalued, but the sentiment is truly dead and I absolutely do not believe there is any potential for a short squeeze.

This sub is all bots now. I barely come in. It’s so annoying. I have two posts in the GME library, under a different username. 5 years later, holding significantly, significantly less. I realized we were probably all scammed after RC started posting about COVID. I think the set up is still there, but I don’t think the squeeze will happen. For whatever reason, RC keeps stopping MOASS. I get that he doesn’t want to broadcast his strategy, but we were following way too blindly with too much trust.

I think it’s pointless pushing for bans. The mods are obviously in on whatever is happening. In 2021 they invited people to different chats and monitored what was said and a bots controlled the conversation. It was so sketchy. The people who all of a sudden become SuperStonk famous are not organically chosen. Everything about this sub has been weird. I forgot all the details because it was almost 5 years ago now, but it was one of the most wild weeks in the sub, in terms of drama. I think it was following the Rensole situation or that Maddie girl getting replaced (or maybe that was that same controversy?). But we all got invites to different chat rooms on Reddit and there were clear users who tried talking about the stock and when people would switch the subject to talk about the sub drama, the bots would chime in and tell us to stay on topic. They were very obviously bots and one in my chat was a moderator. I forget exactly what made it so sketchy, but it was. Maybe just the fact we were being monitored? Also, I’ll probably get downvoted for this, but it seems like DFV is the face of something and there’s a team managing his account. If you added up the amount of karma he gave on a lot of earlier days, he couldn’t mathematically have sent that many awards in one day, as one person. That being said, I believe in the volatility, so if he starts posting again, I do expect the stock to react so I’m definitely still holding.

People keep hailing RC's genius but really what is going on? There is a poster in this sub who called a C+35 on Aug 3rd and that was the day that volume jumped millions after a week of top ten low volumes. RC announced the bond conversion on the same day. Clearly something is happening behind the scenes and RC is assisting them at the right times. The eBay charade is staying to look like a 'genius' plan to get everyone to approve another billion and a half shares for RC to assist with at the right times because I don't think eBay is going to be acquired. And save for a post or thread every once in awhile, this sub looks stupid. And I think that's what someone wants. And it's working.

Bad actors switched up their tactics years ago. Shilling wasn’t working so they went to the other end of the spectrum of being so overly positive that as time went by and real investors became impatient the blind optimism created tension. Any real investor with real money in this has to be frustrated by now. If i go beyond that from restricted stock vesting through work, bonus, side hustle, etc., then I have a war chest im ready to deploy when I like the price. Who knows, might be dropping 20k or so in the coming weeks. Time will tell. I personally never loved the “ape” moniker, people in groups tend to like to make labels or identifiers to let others know you are apart of a thing. I think people can use that to their advantage, both for the cause and against it. I much rather prefer anonymity, individually and within a movement of people. Outsiders’ introduction to this community might be the overly bullish or slightly ridiculous shitposting, not the regular person who has been fucked over too much - a relatable person. I also see a lot of people who "want out" some might be shills but I also understand if the constant FUD has gotten to you. There are two things you can do if you want out. You either get out/trim your position and shut up. Or you hype up the stock and hope for a good exit price. The funny thing is that the last group will see $25 again and then think mmmm maybe it's going to hit $30+ this time and then see it go back to $23 and are going to post the same bullshit again about how they should have sold blablabla. I don't pay attention to it, buy if you want, sell if you want. The 'I should have bought at $xx,xx' posts are going to come again and most true believers got there average down to the $20-25 price range and are not that worried anymore.

I noticed in the past year that everything that’s happening has been deemed a Kansas Shuffle or a 4D chess move or “here’s why this dip is bullish” and since then I realised for myself that an average person here might really be a little too regarded. I’ve nothing but respect for this community, I buy and I hold and I look for some good analysis, but at this point literally everything here is defined by at least one of the three phrases I said above, and so I realised that just maybe some people here are trolls, some a bit too “simple” and so I don’t come here too much for input anymore. Even Jeremy Beremy (financial analyst on YT) says that everything’s a KS or that everything is bullish….. I miss Richard’s videos… he seemed more sincere and critical sometimes

It might be just a reaction to the super negative sentiment in the sub lately. When the company manages such a turnaround and RC seems to be ready for the next step, all I hear now is how I am a moron for not buying Microsoft. Or that dilution bad (without mentioning the accretive nature of the potential deal). But then, Reddit in general seems to be overrun by bots. They repost old stuff and anything proven to give upvotes. Which those "just bought more" posts do. Read a comment in another sub that they train AI on Reddit because of all the evident fake posts in that advice sub. Which is in line with reports and statistics and Reddit tightening access to ensure they make money from the access and cooperation with AI companies. The latest shill invasion in the sub and on GME might as well be an experiment if they can manage to destroy any community. The GME sub was overrun it seems, but until yesterday I thought this sub is immune. It seems however they really throw a lot of resources at us.
