They weren't mistakes, they were blatant fraud.

Uncle Sam and shareholders forgive and forget.

Until they find out another fraud lol

Everything this company says cannot be trusted.

They've been caught committing accounting fraud and violating international trade embargoes for 20 years. This most recent one isn't the first time, it isn't even the 2nd or 3rd time

Off topic but based on my experience, people who say "uncle Sam" are usually the most ignorant people, specifically about taxes. It's always "uncle Sam wants to tax me too much". Yeah, little buddy in the lowest brackets from Midwesterntown USA complaining about proposed top marginal rates for people making half a million a year.

This is like saying “ugh Chris Brown could’ve been so successful *if only he didn’t physically assault one of the most famous artists in the world*”

"*physically assault one of the most famous artists in the world - by accident"* lol

The market is incredibly forgiving and forgetful. Wells Fargo (fake account scandal), Volkswagen(emissions cheating) and Tesla (literally everything) all bounced back after those Trump and Chris Brown and who else still had success even after their shit

    They just got caught

Care to elaborate ? They’re still not named as a defendant in anything . You sounds like cheap fud

been in this stock before, been watching it for years. This stock is rigged, it will jump after earnings then fall back to a few percentage point increase at end of day

    Commodity provider with tiny margins

sometimes the best stock is not the best company (see u in on year) (it's currently at 5 annualized PE brother, and it's a ai US growth stock)

Dell margins for AI servers are worse btw

Trading around 34$ right now overnight. The number to beat is 35-35.20$. I am hoping with strong volume and with such an exceptional earning report we break this resistance level and go to 36$

Stock has to go way up. If it moves down into the mid-high 20's I will sell uber amounts of $25 puts and buy leaps with the mid 2027 calls with the premium.

Made a few mistakes? Take a deeper dive into their history of cooking the books and all kinds of shady stuff.

Blah blah blah, just get in and get out. The stock market is the most corrupt place on earth............

I picked up 50 leaps the other week....I call this 'The Greed Trade.' Everybody shits on this stock but comes piling back in as soon as they see the money flowing." It's happened multiple times with this stock.

I don’t trust their numbers or management. Imho. Do your due diligence.
  25. u/Fragrant-Weird8498 1 13 hours ago
Yes , exactly . Do your DD and see that you are 100% wrong 😂😂

You realize that BDO most likely can't sign the audit? They're not out of the penalty box - they're just entering the deep end, again, after having come out of the penalty box.... 2x before. There's a very solid, but not certain, chance that SuperMicro is delisted in 6 months.

Rubbish. SMCI's severely undervalued, there's no way it delists.

One of the dumbest take I ever read .. I know bear are delusionals , but at that point .. lol
  30. u/KeyEmu7694 1 17 hours ago
There are still dilution risks, but overall bullish
  31. u/Jazzlike-Check9040 1 16 hours ago
Crazy. anyone else reporting these numbers would see insane gains immediately. SMCI looks better and better for huge upside.
  32. u/kisuke228 1 15 hours ago
Yep and its mkt cap is only 20b

You could have chosen hpe or dell instead smci.
  35. u/RightCut4940 1 13 hours ago
HPE is great value yet still more expensive than SMCI. Something to think about.

Bold to say out of the penalty box. Massive purchases in equipment, an odd jump in margin to 18 percent on the quarter, and operating at a loss because of it. Funds had to be raised to afford the equipment because they hadn't been paid enough yet to cover it.
