Update on Charter.

Today is the last day for the bond tender. Charter should announce the results no later than tomorrow and perhaps today after the bell. This could result in a pop in the share price. Thursday the California regulators will vote on the proposed merger. That is the last of the regulatory hurdles. If CA approves that may also add some momentum to the price. The Cox merger will close shortly thereafter. At that point, all the ducks will be in row.
