Tracking SOL History for my Wallet

I have been accumulating SOL since 2022, and I have never kept track of my purchases. I currently am putting together an Excel spreadsheet with all my coin history, and SOL is the last one I need to complete. I have looked up my address on multiple websites such as Solscan, but I keep getting the wrong number for my current total. So far, https://coinstats.app/ has been the most accurate, but my number is still off by at least 10 SOL. I have never sold a single SOL token, and I have staked my SOL on Solflare and Ledger Live. Does anyone know of an easier way to piece this together because I did buy all my SOL from Coinbase and Kraken. My Kraken information is there, but my Coinbase account was closed out a year ago for lack of use.

have you tried pulling your full transaction history directly from the blockchain and just filtering out the noise? solscan's csv export is okay but it can miss staking rewards depending on how they're accounted for. the gap you're seeing is almost definitely undelegated staking rewards that haven't hit your liquid balance yet on whatever tracker you're using.
