Which Platform Gives the best FX Conversions For Withdrawals From International Markets Investments ?

I am very new to investing in US stocks. Currently, I am using only INDmoney, but their FX rates are way too low when compared to the direct FX rates that my banks provide me for my foreign remittances, mainly from YouTube and Facebook. Maybe something works differently in this, but I still want to know about the best platform to avoid paying extra charges. Please help me out. Thanks!!
