Possible to get ETF in certificate of VOO?

I want to keep in and forget about it for 30 years. Sometimes I have itchy fingers and I keep thinking of messing around. With physical certs the process is much more difficult to cash it and that’s the intention

I think it would cost too much for it to make sense. Just create an account and forget the password la. When you need to then you reset the password or something if you really have such self discipline issues

Who still wants to hold physical certificates these days? Physical certificates can be lost or damaged (eg fire).

There's also risk of loss, theft, fire, flooding… Just buy VOO (though seriously you should be buying CSPX/VUAA/SPYL instead) in a different brokerage (or maybe the brokerage of a bank that doesn't charge custody fees) then don't look at it anymore.

Go call the problem gambling hotline, more productive than trying to do something ludicrous like get a stock certificate on shares of a fund.
