How do you evaluate a dividend stock after major restructuring and asset sales? Olam as an example

They have been paying good dividends every year until this year, even though profit has been great. They did some major restructuring recently, new CEO, selling a bunch of stuff like Olam Agri for around S$2.41 billion and Mindsprint for S$492 million, combined proceeds is much more than half of their market capitalization of around S$5 billion. Earning report in 3 days on 14 Aug 2026. Anybody have any insights about the industry and this company?

I follow SGX report of institution buy sell. Their trades move market price. Also institution employ a lot of ppl including those that analyze your question. Leave it to the professional hehe
