How to reinvest USD dividend

Hello, I bought ETF in SGX that gave dividend in USD (since its primary currency is in USD). What is the best way to reduce the transfer fee and FX fee? Option 1. Direct transfer from CDP to my DBS.. The USD will be converted to SGD using CDP's FX rate... I'm quite sure it's not the best in the market. Option 2. Direct transfer from CDP to my DBS without auto currency conversion. I will get USD in my DBS multi-currency account. But I need to pay S$15 - S$25 for TT to transfer the USD back to the broker's account. Any other option?

There are brokers with DBS multicurrency acocounts so transferring USD to those brokers will not have TT fee.

do you have to use a CDP a/c? unfamiliar with how that works, but every time I have USD in DBS, I transfer to Moomoo and park in their USD MMF (3.6% interest currently) - no fees. it'll be considered an overseas remittance though Moomoo uses a DBS a/c.

Transferring USD from DBS to IBKR SG is free.
