Putting Money in Bank or ETF?

Hi guys, Need some advice on this, I have 130k in my bank, 50k in ETF for VWRA. DCA 5k. Used to keep 100k as spare cash as well as to get bank interest but currently since I changed company, the way they transfer doesn't allow me to get the interest anymore, so having some thoughts on what to do with the money. Was thinking of the following, either to put additional 80k into VWRA, or just switch banks and continue with the bank interest. Consideration includes may have plans to get a 2nd condo after 3 years(But unsure at the moment), and require some downpayment for it, which is why I didn't pour in more in VWRA initially. Any kind suggestions on how to utilize the money better would be appreciate thanks!

Keep enuf for condo downpayment. The rest vwra.

If nothing has changed regarding the goal for the money, then you just use another minimal risk instrument like SG T bills or money market fund to take the place of the bank account. But I think the 3 major banks all have ways to pay yourself salary to take the place of qualifying through Direct Deposit? DBS Multiplier is the best right now, and apparently there are some insurance plans that only cost $5-6 a month (depends on your age) that are worthwhile to get purely for bonus interest if you have 100k. https://www.reddit.com/r/singaporefi/comm…

If it’s just about salary credit related interest, use your 2nd bank account, do a monthly transfer, select transfer category as Salary, and add comment as SALA (for UOB or OCBC), SAL for dbs, then your transfer should be counted as salary credit

The way they transfer, the bank doesn't recognise as salary?

They did a bank transfer and OCBC only allows giro or paynow

Eh? But if it's payroll from a biz account you can send payroll as bulk GIRO. Sounds shady.

I personally think ETFs are more stable.
