Good time to remember that when the S&P 500 gains >5% in May (like 2026) the next 12 months have never been lower and gains 21% on average. Yes, June/July was a sideways chop, but things are now moving higher as expected.

CRWV had a run up last week and the IV is unnaturally low on this open. Earnings are Tuesday after hours. I think I'm going to hit the volatility move from both sides. Long strangle now, close that out Tuesday and open up an iron condor for the earnings announcement.

VIX is low because the index will still do well due to rotation. Which means, loads of whales have rotated out. It directly follows that: a) either semis bottom is reached b) retail capitulates next.
