Title: When a ~$35M Company Solves Trillion-Dollar Problems — $BLGO

CEO Dennis Calvert just accepted stock instead of cash for salary and expenses at these levels. More importantly, those shares are locked until BioLargo reaches **$40M in consolidated revenue** or a **$300M market cap** — roughly **5x current annual revenue** and nearly **9x today’s \~$35M valuation**. That is serious alignment: he does not truly get paid unless shareholders win big too. I’ll be honest: it has been frustrating. My position was worth more than **$1M higher** at one point. But I did not build it for a trade — I built it because the business has made real progress while the valuation has moved in the opposite direction. That is why I’m still here.
***“Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.”***
# The BioLargo Platform * 💧 **AEC / BEST Water — PFAS removal:** BioLargo’s Aqueous Electrostatic Concentrator removes and concentrates PFAS from water while producing a dramatically smaller waste stream than conventional treatment. Lake Stockholm is now a live municipal installation — not a lab test — and has treated **more than 2 million gallons** in six months while meeting applicable New Jersey and EPA PFAS standards under ongoing monitoring. * 🌍 **Aquatech partnership — scaling AEC:** Aquatech is a global water-treatment leader. The opportunity is not just a partnership headline; it is getting AEC integrated into a global operator’s PFAS-treatment ecosystem for industrial and municipal projects. * 🩺 **Clyra Medical / ViaCLYR — next-generation wound care:** An FDA-cleared copper-iodine wound-irrigation platform designed to deliver broad antimicrobial performance without damaging healthy tissue. First commercial distribution is underway, international distribution is opening, and Clyra is moving toward launch with one of the biggest medical companies in the field. Some wound-care experts have called the potential impact the biggest change in wound care in 30 years. * 🏗️ **BLEST Engineering — the profitable backbone:** BioLargo’s engineering arm turns IP into real projects while generating direct service revenue. It nearly doubled third-party service revenue in 2025, landed a **$1.2M** minerals-processing design contract, and renewed over **$1.4M** in U.S. Air Force environmental work across five bases. * 🐾 **CupriDyne / BioLargo CPG — proven consumer demand:** The chemistry behind Pooph is an independently safety-tested odor-control technology. Under the previous Pooph licensing model, CupriDyne-based pet products generated **more than $125M in sales**. BioLargo is now preparing to relaunch the platform through BioLargo CPG, keeping more control over branding, marketing, distribution, customer relationships, and economics. * 🔋 **Cellinity — safer long-duration energy storage:** A liquid-sodium battery designed for grid-scale energy storage, renewables, and the growing power demand from AI/data centers. The selling points: no lithium, no rare-earth dependence, no measurable self-discharge in testing, no thermal-runaway mechanism, strong energy density, and an intended operating life of 20+ years without meaningful capacity loss. Third-party U.S. BESS testing supported key claims, including >500 Wh/kg energy density and \~95% energy efficiency at 230°C. # This Is Execution * ✅ **Lake Stockholm AEC:** More than **2 million gallons** of PFAS-contaminated drinking water treated in real municipal service. * ✅ **Aquatech MOU:** AEC is advancing with a global leader in water treatment. * ✅ **Clyra commercialization:** First stocking order completed, international distribution agreement signed, and a major medical-company launch moving closer. * ✅ **$1.2M minerals contract:** BLEST is designing the pilot phase of a potentially much larger minerals-recovery facility. * ✅ **$1.4M U.S. Air Force renewals:** Recurring environmental engineering work renewed across five Air Force bases. * ✅ **Pooph relaunch:** CupriDyne already proved it can sell at scale — **over $125M** of pet-product sales under license — and BioLargo now plans to bring the consumer opportunity back under its own strategy. * ✅ **DarrowIR:** BioLargo’s expanded PR and investor-communication effort is already noticeable. More frequent updates matter when a company has this many active catalysts and moving parts. # Why I’m Still Bullish The Pooph disruption hurt badly, but it may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. It showed the danger of giving too much of the economics to an outside partner — while proving the underlying CupriDyne technology can power a blockbuster consumer product. BioLargo is no longer just a technology developer. It is actively commercializing: * PFAS treatment * Advanced wound care * Profitable engineering services * Consumer odor-control products * Minerals recovery * Grid-scale battery storage That is **not one binary bet**. It is multiple shots on goal, and several of them are turning into contracts, installations, orders, partnerships, and recurring revenue.
“The market ignores progress — until the numbers make it impossible to ignore.”
Many people took a serious look at BioLargo a few years ago. The delays, financing, dilution concerns, and share-price action have been frustrating — I understand why some walked away or stopped following it. But this is exactly why I think now is a great time to revisit it and put **$BLGO** back on the watchlist. The setup has changed: Lake Stockholm is treating real water, BLEST is profitable and winning contracts, Clyra is commercializing, the Pooph relaunch is being prepared, and Cellinity remains a major long-term option. The shareholder communities are growing again because people are starting to see the same thing: this is no longer only a “what if” story. For me, this is also **purpose-driven investing**. Cleaner water. Better wound care. Less waste. Safer energy storage. Technologies solving problems that genuinely matter. The next few months can bring material news from multiple directions. If even part of this execution begins showing up in reported revenue, a \~$35M market cap can re-rate very quickly. **I’d rather be early** \- I keep adding what I can afford to hold. **$BLGO — very bullish.** ***Which of these catalysts do you think the market is most underestimating right now: AEC/Aquatech, Clyra’s major-medical launch, the CupriDyne relaunch, BLEST’s contract growth, or Cellinity? Curious to hear the bull and bear case.*** *Speculative microcap. Risks include dilution, financing, timing, competition, and commercialization. Do your own DD.*

Apparently Dennis Calvert still has a regular annual salary of $288,603, plus benefits including health insurance and a car allowance. For 2025, his reported total compensation was $317,790. Source: BioLargo SEC filing https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/8…

Exactly. At these levels- the CEO is seeing shares as an amazing investing himself - locked up until multiple X has happened with market cap or revenue. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/8… Also worth mentioning is that he and the Clyra CEO invested $250k directly into the Clyra subsidiary in recent months.

Иә, екі-үш жыл бұрын кейбір адамдардың тырысқанын көруге болатын еді, ал қазір барлығы бірдей болып көрінеді

I wrote it entirely by myself and had it run through it for better readability. In our shareholder community I did a poll recently - if they preferred my original text or the Perplexity corrected version. The results were very clear - this cleaned up approach was preferred. It is what it is 🤷🏼‍♂️ I am not a native speaker- all the thoughts, ideas and structure is by myself - and I think you can see that.

😂 I suggest that it is well worth doing a deep dive- putting it on the watch list not to miss when the reevaluation will happen.

Kinda reminds me of Lode, multiple subsidiaries with "moonshot" products, with execution and dilution being the biggest risks Would love to open a gambling position, but definitely not now, they'll probably raise again after reverse splitting

Thanks for pointing out life- I will check the history of that. The dilution % at BioLargo is not that relevant - even though their financing model ($10 Million secured) puts some stress on the open market price. Management got authorization for a RS for more than 10 years- they guarabteed that they will only consider it to uplist - once the wind is in the sails. BTW they raised money for subsidiaries directly (on a $200 million valuation base)

Whilst I admire your persistence with this stock and the dd they really are struggling financially. Perhaps they have their fingers in too many pies. For me it is a stock with adhd and suffer as they have so many ideas they don't concentrate fully on one thing that ultimately matters....profitability. The fact that they have little liquidity and are almost certain to dilute further suggests that even investing now would take years to get a decent return. You either have deep pockets or are too invested for it to fail.

I only invest what I can afford to hold. They have in three of their endeavors world class partners that are bringing their tech to market. One division is profitable and they will launch their proven odor elimination tech with far better terms than they previously had.. As I said this is an amazing time to discover this at a laughable $35 million market cap. This will easily multiply with any significant execution. I recently added $40 k worth of stock on this dip and keep adding. I don’t know a better risk/reward scenario where you invest in something purposeful.

When it's down 48% on the year with what you hold, that is good to know.

I own more than 1.25 % of the company and I like what they are doing and I strongly believe they will reach the lockup release levels latest early next year. That would be a 7-8X return. Well worth to add ;)
